Where is my motivation?

I’m just not feeling it right now you guys. It’s like twisting my arm to get me to do anything besides run. I hate this feeling, but I know it will pass. I have gone through phases like this before, but they are usually only a week long. I am going on 1.5 weeks now since I rode my bike! Over a week since I swam! The only good news is that my running is on target. Slower than I would like, but I am getting the miles in. Running in this humidity sucks though. I have lifted a few times in the past few weeks and done yoga once. I am feeling run down and kind of yucky overall right now. Work is really stinky and Gary pulled a muscle in his back and has been out for the count for like a week. So, all of this has just kind of cumulated into a shitty workout attitude. I need to snap out of it. I have Friday off of work, so I am looking forward to that. My sister and brother in law are coming to stay too, so that is going to be fun.

Damn girl, you beat yourself up ALOT!! There's nothing wrong with "just" running right now, especially if you're passionate about that! Enjoy it!! Aren't we supposed to?? You said yourself that it's just a phase so ride the wave and enjoy running and spending the weekend with family!
