It's Josh - check him out
Alright bloggy friends, as Josh would say! Josh is my friend from when we were kids (we did a a production of Peter Pan together!) and he gives me a great shoutout in his blog from yesterday. He does video blogging and they are always very entertaining and remind me of home b/c he never lost his country accent! Mine only comes out when I drink. You can check out his blog – it’s in my list- and watch his daily adventures as he acclimates himself to his new city – Philadelphia. Josh and I lost touch and reconnected through the power of myspace! Here is a picture of me and Josh when I went to San Fran on business and saw Josh for like the first time in 12 years!
Anyway bloggy friends, I made up for my indiscretions over the past 2 days. When I got home from work yesterday I did a nice 5.8 mile run that is a steady incline and my legs were screaming by the time I got to the top of the hill. Then it was downhill on the way home! I had a nice light dinner and went to bed early! This morning I met Ilana for a workout. I started out with 10 mins on the dreaded stair machine and then 45 mins of weights. Used my favorite machine, the gravitron – which is an assisted pullup machine.
Tonight I have my first meeting with the Cleveland Tri club, I am excited. I love meeting new people and I can’t wait to be a triathlete!

Looking forward to meeting you tonight!
Thanks for the shout-out! yay! I'm so glad we have found each other again too. Now we need to find Suzanne. I'd love to talk to her again.
Good luck with your meeting tonight. I can't wait to read about how it goes!
Josh
Hey Monica, I randomly caught chicken pox and am as sick as a dog (chicken?) but I still stand by my desire to reconnect with you at once point, you know once I'm not all blistery and contagious. :)
