This is how I feel

It’s snowing here in Cleveland. I only have to run 2 miles today, so I will go out for a snow sidewalk run after work, then hit the pool and do some light weights while I watch the Biggest Loser.

The weekend is over, so don't beat yourself up over it! Plus you have a great plan in place to really get back in training mode....and a HIM as incentive to work hard! ;)
oink oink. I mean, uh. I've been carbloading and fat loading already for the race in August. Maybe I'm a little early.
What time you shooting for in your marathon?

I'm having a hard time balancing marathon training and triathlon training. Should I just stick to marathon for now (until May 18th) and then just start tri training for summer? its my first mary.. As of now...I swim once a week, bike once a week and then run 5 days a week. ?! Let me know any suggestions.
